#1: The Happiness Trap
Are you stuck in a psychological trap?
Therapist and author, Russ Harris, says many of us are leading our lives based on unhelpful and inaccurate beliefs about happiness. These beliefs cause us to struggle unnecessarily in our lives. If we can become aware of them we can learn to navigate them.
In this initial 10-minute episode, I share the 4 common happiness myths I learned from reading Harris’s great book “The Happiness Trap”. At the end, I challenge listeners to assess their own beliefs about happiness and identify ways they can apply the information from this episode to improve their psychological well-being.
