My coaching is warm, honest, deep, and practical.

I bring presence, care, truth-telling, and thoughtful questions that help people cut through noise, see more clearly, and move forward in a meaningful way. I also bring over twenty-five years of experience in transformational leadership, coaching, teaching, and human development to this work.
